Understanding

Find A Match is brought to you by Singles In The City Limited and that Find A Match refers to Find A Match and or Singles In The City Limited

You understand these terms and conditions and agree that they have been explained to you by Find A Match.
Nothing in these terms and conditions guarantees that any of the potential partners introduced to the member will be to the satisfaction of the member, but the member accepts that Find A Match’s match making experience , quality of members and integrity will ensure that the member is given every opportunity to meet the number of prospective partners as per their membership.
In the event that Find A Match fails to introduce the number of introductions within the membership time frame as per the membership then Find A Match shall increase the membership by a reasonable time frame, this is subject to both parties working within a reasonable guide line.

Obligations of Find  A Match

Find A Match will at all times act with integrity in the interests of matching you with a prospective partner and will use its best  endeavours to match you with your required introductions during your term.
Find A Match cannot guarantee that any of the introductions to the member will be to the satisfaction of the member, but the member accepts that Find A Match’s match making experience, quality of members and integrity will ensure that the member is given every opportunity to meet prospective partners during their membership. 
Find A Match will keep all personal information provided by the member confidential except to extend  that disclosure is necessary for the purpose of exploring the possibilities of possible matches. Your personal information will only be divulged to any other person with your consent. Find A Match may also use your personal information for internal market research purposes, to verify your identify, for purposes that may be authorized by you such as promotional or marketing purposes. Your personal information may be disclosed, including your name and contact details to the relevant authorities if Find A Match considers that you are in beach of any of the terms and conditions at any time. Your signature on this agreement constitutes consent under the Privacy Act 1993 to disclosure of members personal information recorded in the Find A Match records.
Find A Match will delete your details upon termination of your membership at your request or direction.

Obligations of the member

No Introduction Agency can guarantee to find your perfect partner and, as much as we would like to, neither can we. Our membership is aimed at single and considerate people. All we ask for is that you behave towards other members as you would wish to be treated by them.
Find A Match has a duty of care to all its members. If we receive complaints about a particular person’s behaviour which we consider to be justified and sufficiently serious we reserve the right to terminate that member with immediate effect.
Find A Match reserve the right to refuse membership to Find A Match at our absolute discretion, if for any reason we feel that the applicant would be unsuitable.  
You will provide complete and accurate personal information when registering with Find A Match and Find A Match may from time to time contact you to verify or update your personal information.
You are required to disclose any criminal offenses, sexual, physical or other medical conditions, details relating to any bankruptcy or insolvency, any marriage and anything else reasonably required  of you by Find A Match.
You will comply with all applicable laws relating to the use of Find A Match’s services and otherwise and in dealing with any members of Find A Match and will not at any time use any obscene, defamatory, threatening, harassing, illegal or objectionable behaviour when dealing with either Find A Match or other members at any stage of your membership.
You must not communicate with or attempt to communicate with any member who has indicated that he or she does not wish to communicate with you or continue to communicate with you.

You will not disclose any details of any other member or disclose personal information of others, whether during your membership of following termination of your membership with Find A Match, nor will you disclose practices and procedures of Find A Match

Prospective Partners

You agree to make contact with other members entirely at your own risk and accept that you are legally responsible for your own actions
You agree the Find A Match has no reason ability or liability for any actions of you or other members including, with out limitation, members who may not be who they say they have said to be or who attempt to harm or defraud you.

Terminations and refunds

With out limiting any other remedies available to Find A Match, we reserve the right at any stage to suspend or terminate this agreement at our sole discretion and without any liability to you in any way.
Membership may be terminated for any serious compliant or multiply complaints from other members, breach of these terms and conditions or for any reason deemed by Find A Match to be unacceptable or prejudicial to the interests of Find A Match
The fees payable in advance under this agreement are non-refundable. Fees paid will not attract credit interest or other financial charges. In the event that your membership of Find A Match is terminated for breach of our terms and conditions or for any other reason, your remaining subscription will be lost and is not refundable.

Limitation of liability

You expressly understand and agree that Find A Match shall not be liable under any circumstances for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or exemplary loss or damage including but nit limited to any damages for loss of any pecuniary or other kind and nor shall Find A Match be liable for the conduct or statements of members or third parties in relation either Find A Match or any member of Find A Match, past or present.

Disclaimer

Find A Match expressly disclaims, to the maximum extent permitted by the law, all warranties, expressed or implied, but not limited to, any warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and no non-infringement. No advice or information that is obtained by you from Find A Match or otherwise shall create any warranty not expressly stated in the terms and conditions.

Resolutions of Disputes

The parties agree to show good faith in their dealings and you agree not to involve, or attempt to involve Find A Match in any disputes or in the resolution of disputes that arise between you and another member as a result of the service provided. In the event of any dispute between Find A Match and the member the dispute shall be referred to an independent mediator agreed upon by both parties.
